Become a HeartMath® 1:1 Provider

The HearthMath  mentor (can say coach or 1-1 provider) training is for those professionals who want to integrate the HeartMath concept into their work. It is designed for people working with individual counseling, therapy or coaching and have training in human resources, ommunication
skills, interview techniques, medicine, alternative therapies or similar experience.

 

The HeartMath concept is a supportive and creative complement to much of today's business. It teaches how to integrate the heart's intelligence and power and how to create greater physiological balance and performance in everyday life. The HeartMath research, techniques and biofeedback methods are considered to be some of the greatest innovations in current personal performance and personal development training.

 

When you have gained your HeartMath mentor Licence you will become part of the HeartMath Scandinavia network for mentors. We arrange supervision, inspiration groups and further training. Some further yearly training modules are mandatory to ensure that the requirements for licensing are maintained. We support you continually to ensure your development with us in HeartMath. We support you so that you can inspire others around you in their own development.

 

The license is suitable for people who already have practices in the various communication and therapy directions (psychotherapists, psychologists, coaches, mentors and others). With your license the HeartMath stress management system can be used both for individuals and for small groups (up to 6 people simultaneously). You can also deliver the HeartMath Scandinavia Peak Performance Group Package for organisations.
