Licensed HeartMath 1on1 Provider Program

Coherent practice in any of HeartMaths programs for building personal coherence: including PPI, The stress relief program delivered by a lic. HM provider, The HeartMath Solution training.

This licensing training course is practically based. Recent discoveries in neuro-cardiology will be applied within the practices of therapists, doctors, sports psychologists and other health professionals.
The HeartMath® Method is based on the self regulation of emotions using bio-feedback from the Heart Rhythm Variability (HRV).

At the end of the course, you will receive a certificate that gives you the right to work with the licensed HeartMath Stress Relief Program and delivering HeartMath PPI concept (e-training concept blended with lectures and 1on1 sessions) with the HeartMath brand, and to work and advertise as an officially licensed Provider.
The 3 day training includes:

Combining clinical practice, effect measurement and neuro-cardiological findings
Combining specific techniques and personal development
Practical learning: the student is actively involved
Working with the mind, the heart and the hands; the whole body is learning
Practical assignments, based on your own situation
Constant feedback on what has or has not been achieved in your own practice
Practical research and results evaluation.
E-training and it´s process.

This course consists of four phases:

Pre-coherence practice: The HeartMath Solution course, PPI- elearning or Coaching sessions where participants are taught to use the HeartMath® tools and to work with the emWave® PC Stress Relief System (formerly the Freeze Framer® interactive learning system).
A three-day training covering the background theory. Participants will learn how to instruct their clients using the HeartMath tools and the emWave®system.
Minimum of 5 practise sessions, being reviewed in a follow-up training day (one day) . The participants will focus on specifics of the tools and exchange experiences, and your license will be issued.
Every year, a mandatory professionals’ day is planned. Participants receive a refresher course and learn about the latest developments.

The program contains:

A license allowing you to use the patented HeartMath techniques when selling your services to your clients, provided this takes place in one-on-one situations and not in groups. The licensee may present himself as a HeartMath professional. For more information, read the Provider agreement .
Instructions on how to use the HeartMath tools in training clients for personal and professional development, stress reduction and health improvements.
Instructions on how to teach clients to use the emWave® Desktop Stress Relief System (formerly the Freeze Framer® interactive learning system)
Discount on HeartMath products for retail purposes
Access to the Scandinavian network of HeartMath for further education and professional development
The licensee will be mentioned on the HeartMath website as an official HeartMath 1:1 Provider and HeartMath Scandinavia will refer potential clients to the local 1: 1 Providers for information and coaching.
