Step 1, LHP 1

Education: Your own coherence

 

Extent: 2 days

 

Target group:The purpose of this course is for you to learn what the coherent state is, and what is for you. It is also a good course for you who are interested in personal development, stress management, want to deepen your training with the “EmWave desktop. Or if you are a consultant in the above areas and want to get basic knowledge about the heart's intelligence or want to educate yourself for a licensed HeartMath 1 on 1 provider.

Contents: You learn to understand and recognize your coherent state. You learn how to listen to your heart's signals and what they represent for you in your everyday life. During the 2 days you will be guided into the exciting research on cardiac function and  bodily systems interact and respond when emotions shift, and what you can do to  improve your stress level and you find resilience. During the course you will learn that, with the help of the heart, coping with stress in everyday situations, and to build resilience. You getting your own experience is an important part of the agenda, in which exercises are mixed with theory, so you can understand and experience coherence both mentally and emotionally. The course is focused on you and your own situation. We will work both individually and in the group.

During the course we will use the “EmWave desktop, HeartMath's own technology, to practice and to clarify the cardiac signals. This is also a good course for you who already are using emWave technology and want to expand your practise.

 

NOTE!

If you are a Licensed Provider, you need to update once a year and participate in any of the activities or courses, for your license will remain valid. As a Licensed Provider, you will get discounted price on all courses.

 

 

Step 2, LHP 2

 

Education:1 on 1 provider licensing program.

 

Extent: 3 days.

 

Target group: HeartMath’s 1:1 Provider Licensing and Training Program is designed for professional coaches, counselors, therapists, mental health professionals and others who want to teach their individual clients the HeartMath System in a one-on-one setting. The pre requisite course “your own coherence” is needed to apply for this program.

 

Material: Provider manual, License 1 on 1 provider and the invitation to HeartMath Providers Scandinavian Network.

As a Licensed HeartMath1:1 Provider you receive:

  • A license that allows for the commercial use of HeartMath's intellectual property and to promote yourself as a HeartMath trained professional.
  • Instruction in how to teach the research and science behind the HeartMath System.
  • Instruction in how to teach HeartMath’s Stress Relief Program
  • Instruction in how to teach individuals how to use the emWave® technology.
  • Coaching in how to help integrate the HeartMath System into your other professional services.
  • Sales and marketing coaching and support.
  • Discounts on HeartMath's complete line of products.
  • Access to HeartMath's Scandinavian  Provider network for continuing education and on-going support.
  • The option of being listed in our Web site directory of 1:1 Providers.

Restrictions
1:1 Provider license is only available to residents of Sweden, Finland, Norway, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland at this time.

1:1 Provider license does not authorize instruction of the HeartMath System to groups or at any type of workshop or seminar.

Application process:

  • Review the 1:1Provider Sample License Agreement and FAQ for more specifics about the license.
  • A HeartMath Representative will contact you to answer your questions and review the terms and conditions of the 1:1 Provider License.
  • Acceptance into the program is contingent upon successful completion of the pre requisite course taken with a licensed Provider. This must be completed no later than 1 month prior to the training class for which you are applying. HeartMath will help you find a Provider. Fees and charges for this course are determined by and directly paid to your 1:1 Personal Trainer.
  • Upon completion of the pre requisite course, you may register for a licensing and training class.

NOTE!
