HeartMath Scandinavia, an international alliance of HeartMath LLC, founded in 2007, is dedicated to improving health, performance and well-being at home and in the workplace. Through our training programs, coaching, publications licensing programs and innovative technology we provide practical, scientifically validated methods that enable people to live more rewarding, healthy and productive lives personally and professionally. About HeartMath Institute globally
The mission of the Institute of HeartMath is to help establish
heart-based living and global coherence by inspiring people to
connect with the intelligence and guidance of their own hearts.
The vision of Doc Childre and a small team of researchers who founded the Institute
of HeartMath in 1991 was predicated on a sincere desire to help people, especially
to lead them away from the destructive cycles of stress, anxiety and anger that
have gripped so much of the modern world. Since those early days when the founders
began exploring the budding concept that the human heart held a vast, powerful
and previously unimagined intelligence and wisdom to guide us, heal us and comfort
us throughout our lives, HeartMath has taken a leading role in the scientific
research of what is now widely known as heart-based living.
Our research has made great progress!
Our research has made substantial progress in the field of heart-brain interactions, heart rate and variability analysis, emotional physiology and optimal physiological conditions for learning and achievement.
One area that we are developing right now is the deepening of a scientific understanding of the human bio field and intuition.
The global coherece project
The Global Coherence Monitoring System, is our front-projects that would calculate and evaluate the resonance between the earth's magnetic field and the rhythm of human activity in heart and brain. Other studies being developed right now include the human bio field and intuition.
Our basic research has led to the development of innovative educational concepts, teaching materials, technologies and techniques that help people live healthy and meaningful lives for more than 50 countries from Australia and New Zealand, China and the rest of Asia to the Middle East, Europe, Africa, Latin America and North America.
